Booking procedure and payment

Aria Vink Photography accepts payments via cash, card or checks. Personal checks must clear before the order is processed, so allow for 3 weeks. All of the following credit cards are accepted; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

In order to secure the booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for an engagement or portrait session and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for a wedding session. The remaining balance is due one week before the day of the engagement or portrait session, the remaining balance for the wedding session is due four weeks before the wedding.

Cancellation policy

If the date needs to be changed, you can change it one time for free. If the session needs to be rescheduled again after that, you will have to pay a rescheduling fee of $25.

You can cancel up to 72 hours before the time of the engagement or portrait session and have the remaining balance refunded. Any cancellation after that will result in the loss of the full payment and having to pay a new deposit for booking a new session.

Weddings can be canceled up to three weeks before the wedding date and have the remaining balance refunded. Any time after that will result in the loss of the full payment.
